I did notice some results, so I can’t say it doesn’t work. It just took longer than I was hoping, and I’m not sure if that’s normal or if I was just expecting faster changes. Overall, it’s okay, just not amazing for me

I ordered my usual shade and was charged right away, so I wasn’t really worried about any updates or anything. But when it showed up, the color looked so much darker than the photos. The texture itself was fine, but the shade match was disappointing.

i was able to find my usual products easily. only downside was that one shade i wanted was out of stock, but everything else was there.

I was just trying to look through the products, but the site felt kind of all over the place. Like, I’d click on something expecting basic info and then end up somewhere else, or just waiting for pages to load. Some of the buttons weren’t super clear either, so I kept second-guessing what I was supposed to do.
The site looks decent at first, I guess, but actually shopping on it wasn’t great. The filters and menus felt like they could use some work, or maybe just be simpler. I ended up leaving without buying anything because it started to feel like more effort than it should’ve been

I ordered from Make Beauty International and ended up needing a refund. It did come through eventually, but it took way longer than I expected, and I had to keep chasing them for updates, which got frustrating.
Customer service did respond, but the replies were slow and didn’t really explain much. I also couldn’t shake the feeling that there might be some hidden fees or extra charges buried somewhere, just because the whole process felt a bit unclear. Not the worst experience ever, but the refund process definitely needs work, and I’m not sure I’d order again.

I’m annoyed at this point. My order still isn’t here, and it feels like whoever runs this doesn’t have the shipping side figured out at all...

The box showed up completely smashed, like there is no possible way it had an easy trip. I knew the second I saw it that the package had been handled rough.

I’d say the quality is good overall. It feels like decent stuff so far, and I’m fairly happy with it.

To be fair, they did eventually get back to me, but it took quite a while and the reply didn’t really answer what I was asking. I felt like I had to keep chasing just to get anywhere, which was frustrating...

I placed my order thinking it would arrive around the delivery time they showed, but it ended up taking way longer. The tracking barely updated for days, and this is where it got annoying because I kept checking and still couldn’t get a clear answer on what was happening. By the time it finally showed up, I didn’t even need it anymore. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t order again because the delivery just isn’t reliable.

The return itself was fine, but I had to follow up twice before I finally got my refund. I get that things can take a bit longer depending on the situation, but for a basic return, I think it should’ve been handled more smoothly.

I felt like the price was way too high for what I ended up getting. Maybe others would feel differently, but for me, the quality just didn’t match the cost. I was expecting something better, and I don’t think I’d buy it again.

This time I got exactly what I ordered, the shades were right and the quantity matched too! The shipping box was a little messy though :/

I ended up getting a solid discount, and the promo code went through without any issues. Reading between the lines, the savings are definitely there, but the site doesn’t exactly make them super easy to find. I had to dig around a little before I found the deal page. Still, the prices were better than a few other places I checked, so overall I’m happy with what I paid.

I was hoping to feel more confident about this product, but I couldn’t find clear ingredient information, which made me a bit uneasy. A few things seemed kind of harsh for my skin, and I’d rather not take that chance. Unfortunately, it’s not something I’ll be ordering again.
